Last week I went to have a site tour and note the following:
1. Bathroom is provided with sliding door
2. Lobby is made of reddish brown wall tiles contracted with some ivy color
3. Water heater is ceiling mounted and just above the fridge & MCB.
4. Kitchen exhaust outlet includes bathroom exhaust / cooking range / kichen exhaust.
5. The progress doesnot seem to be completed by end March 04 even though the solicitor said so.
6. The lifts are of high speed type. Good.
7. The lobby has about 4.8 m high ceiling.
8. A big shop is at Level 1 Tower 6.
9. No seaview but skyview below 41/F in Tower 6.
10. Pool view is good whatever from 40/F to 6/F.[/quote]d

I dressed like a worker with safety cap jumping over the wall from the landscape. That was Level 1. I saw a big shop with long shopfront window. At this stage I don't think the developer has made any decison for Park'n Shop or whatever.
