我都有呢個問題呀.
不過驗樓時 詹生話唔會影響結構 又唔會滲水 只是外觀無咁美觀.

佢話 如果是叫發展商執 最多都是補油 d 裂痕好快又會出現.

所以我已經放棄. 只是叫裝修幫我盡執.

Is 詹生 coming from Cable TV???

My decoration "See fu" also said I can ask for rework within one year.
I think I will ask after winter.

The maintainance is coming from my decloration "see fu".
Not from mangement office or Po Wah or HC.

My decloration "see fu" promise he can give me maintainance for 1 year.
I am not yet call him as I want to call him after all problem come out.

But I don't know if the decloration "see fu" will come and solve the problem since decoration "see fu" sometimes is also BS.

Hence it is not relative to the 收樓 day but only the decoration finishing day.

裂痕 is only appearance problem sure not structural problem.
It's normal for all new building.
