Some residents also thought that all the coach (40 seats or above) should like the Hotel Coach use L1. EMO/OC thought that L1 is good to have cover for students but L1 had busy traffic.
I really agreed with Billy "期實大家有意見可以同管理處/業委會講下.
fine tune 吓就會做得更好..."
We all hope we can conclude a 'WIN WIN' solution.

Could the new arrangement be halted until a 'WIN WIN' solution is arrived and the safety of the children are safeguarded?

I noted most of the parents do not support this arrangement.  They do not consider the children should be sacrificial.  Some  insist that the children get on/off mid-way.  Some are even intending strong reaction.

I noticed (on Wednesday morning) the traffic was even worse when the large coaches stopped and allowed the children cross before them and get on. :em03:

The new arrangement could not help our Estate without the support of the parents.  I think the Estate Manager and the OC members should convince us why taxi and other vehicles can still stop and wait at every Towers and minibus can still turnaround at T1 & T6 while additional risks are imposed onto the children who need to cross the road before/after getting on/off the school bus.

I wonder if the Estate Manager and OC members owe special duty of care to the infant/children when they are managing the Property!  

Would OC members please assist to stop the forseeable accident(s) before it is too late!  :em01:

According to my mind few months ago car crash accident had been happen in Tower 3. All the resident of RC felt their life have been endangered (not only the student). For the Hotel coaches are more easy to handle. But for the school bus EMO didn't know how to do. Presently the route outside HOTEL 1 has been cleared. Therefore the route can form a loop. We really want to find out the solution. One thing that we can't change is the layout. Any good solution can suggest to EMO. For sure anything can change. If you think all the vehicles should be used one-way direction. Then you can tell the EMO about this. As I know some OC had this suggestion in the meeting. They need your support.  :em14:

其實朝早校巴，趕哂去L1上落，大家點睇。
因為L5返工時間，小巴站排滿人龍，加埋咁多的士，L5繁忙時間，幾近飽和。 :dead:
加埋D校巴好鬼大部，(排隊等小巴人龍)大人細路都好危險。 :!:
其實見議並執行響L1上落校巴........大家點睇。 8)

我反建議將小巴轉落L1上落  因為大人 唔會上錯車  同意?

小弟無里頭點會唔鍾意D校巴，佢又唔係動物，點會有鍾意唔鍾意呢 :em12:

entrance->T3->T2->hotel->T6->T5->exit is better than existing situation.
If L1 is not used by the hotels L1 is another good choice I think. At least no need to worry about raining but L1 is used by the hotels now... -_-
