都只係 190 - 200 萬左右.

佢唔講高d邊引到你放盤呀.
到你放盤果時佢又會話依家rc跌左少少.
依家有個客出195萬你賣唔賣.
再唔賣遲d可能195都冇呀去引你快d賣.

亦有可能最後做左"demo apartment"都未定.
總之信d地產經紀一句都死啦.... :evil:
