What is the grade for general residential building?

Depends on the grade of material and brand name. In general residential building may not to choose such expensive material as commerical / hotel buildings.

Here is opened for all I can't to talk too much for as comparison. I don't want to say where is not good where used SMALL brand or poor quality for other residential buildings.

However I believe that all are in safety condition all material should cope with requirements from relevant HKSAR departments saying fire service department water authority EMSD and etc……..
