我都覺得唔貴，但五座樓一齊做，overhead會少左，應該可以discount! 再講，管理處實係搵姓李D姨媽姑姐報價！

以我所知 不是那樣
外窗係包括所有大窗
但廚房個隻就未必

還有 我地成日見個隻吊船係屬於邊個?
如果係我地 只要call機電工程處的師父approve
隨時可以放船

但如果RC無吊船 咁清潔公司才需要另聘吊船
才需要幾十萬

如日後和x落實做呢d野 please carefully check their expenditure !!!!

重點係頂層業主俾唔俾你放船....
因為要係佢個天台既牆身裝個winch....

As my case 30-stairs commercial building needs 1-2 days to complete
For us we may need 3-4 days or perhaps one week to complete one building.  As for public interest I think they would be ok.  

So how about the replacement of air-conditioner?? It seems that they took few months to complete the whole project .  So how was the   response from the top floor owners ?

因為在天台只有冷氣機方向至有地方落吊船 其它方向無辨法.
