Last Saturday had a booking to change the air-con at 10:00am
Waited until 10:05am none showed off I knew that something's wrong
Called Ms Chan immediately she asked me to wait and the crane's coming up. 5 minutes later the crane's coming up but stop at the level below me. I called Ms Chan again but she's busy and another man called back 10 minutes later. He said the worker counted the wrong floor and already start the work at another floor both indoor and outdoor. Cannot stop and I've make another schedule.
I believe that they are not counting the wrong floor (it's impossible as they have to work both indoor and outdoor. None came to my flat.) They made a mistake but "push" the responsibility to the worker. :em10:
