I don't know exactly if it is reasonable. Yesterday inside a lift a agent is talking to a couple would like to buy RC. The agent said the tranaction of RC is very good now it is no nore $15X or $16X especially you want Flat F or Flat G which is not much selling in the market."

Remenber the data from 註冊處 have bout three to four week delay.

不知道實際升值了多少 但是以我的683尺單位為例 上次經紀開價是18x 萬 與恆生估值相同 昨天再估 結果不足一個月 估值是19x萬 升近10萬
