2. 價錢平 20xx/呎.
3. 可以清拆間牆 從新間格 用以建造一個合比例的聆聽空間 安放音響及大喇叭.
4. 交通方便. (我覺得系)
5. 中央鮮風系統 如果是中央空調系統更好 因我唔開窗.

Firstly believed that  after 2004 the price will go up therefore change from the smaller flat to the larger flat.
Secondly RC price is very attractive below $2400 per ft.
Thirdly the layout is good. (all in rectangle shape).
Finally Good transportation. (Compare to other location in $2400 per ft.)

我買的時候唔係平04年1月買over $3000一尺。
但我去中環睇時就好鍾意直頭係即晚就去地盤睇第2朝就再去中環落訂驚死買唔到高層。
so far到宜家我都好鍾意我屋企人地話交通唔好但我成日都係出入葵芳我就覺得ok lor。
人地話嘈我又一d都唔覺仲好靜tim可能我以前果度仲嘈la。
