加木板牆應該冇大問題，而家佢地樓書都係咁。
but 加建磚牆 ，就...要同佢地講清楚了，
因為服務式住宅，係有野唔同普通私人樓。
要改裡面野，可能要佢地批准

加木板牆的話，可能要有通風效果。牆身上下都要預留幾吋，不可到頂及到腳。問一問都好呀！ :idea:

If you check the 3D demo flat in the RC offical website the wooden partition is from the celing to floor without any gap. It can be a reference.
Of course we should ask this issue in the meeting for clear the picture.

I would like to know about the $888 partition (for 2 room flat) from the developer.
Are the electrical socket and TV tuner will be installed to the wooden partition as well?  Since there is no wall there how the electric socket and TV turner be arranged if we don't order the $888 partition.
