1. 風向強弱&濕度 2. 入伙時香港天氣 3. 建做方法 4. 風水命理 5. 道聽途說...
快者半年餘 慢則2-3年. 情況有如生仔收肚腩云云... :wink:

I think all of us are worry and image too much. No need to worry to much because that the percentage of no need to 執錯漏 the it is very small. Close to impossible. So that we should make the time for 執錯漏 in our planning. Then now we just need to concentrate on the furniture design.

今日發現客廳塊牆有好大條裂痕..何解 ??
係晤係你地話收水 所以有裂痕 ??

Should be.

It have no choice.
We decorate the apartment on summer (moisture weather).
And now the weather is go to be dry.

I think it will be more serious in winter.
My home also have this problem as well.
