黑眼圈

1.冰敷可收縮血管幫助消腫，也減少引起
　 黑眼圈的內出血
2.避免阿斯匹靈，因其為抗凝血劑，使血
　 液不易凝結，會使造成黑眼圈的出血不易停止  
3.勿擤鼻涕，以免因壓迫與眼眶相鄰的鼻竇，而使空氣注入眼
　 皮下，不但造成腫大，也會增加感染機會
