and then go to evaluation site of hangseng
you will find that
many of the other flats are selling at a price OVER
the evaluation site
the premium could be up to 30%
[that means a 2m flat sold at 2.6m]
you are reminded that buying a flat at premium will require
your first installment to be LARGER
that means after I sell away RC will have to prepare quite large amount CASH
of first installment if i plan to buy 2nd hand flat

The price for private apartment has increased sharply but it seemed that the trend cannnot apply to Rambler Crest. I think that I'll continue to be 負資產業主 unless the 3 hotels were destroyed or they decided not to allow 豉油行 to live in !!!!

Pls. back to the date when you bought RC. What factor caused you to buy RC at HKD3800/feet.
At that time I was searching a seaview flat in west kowloon. The price was $4500 per feet. I thought that it was too expensive and my friend tole me to take a look at RC.
The price at first was only $3600 per feet from the developer. However there waere 3 other buyers wanted my flat and we finally heeded to bid for it !!!
