No need to pay $75 it is included at management fee no need to register hutchison plan but you need to take a cable from management office

Do you mean just to connect the cable so simple? Is it unlimited usage? Any email account provided for the user?

Someone in other estate told me that the speed under this type of free internet service is much slower than other original plan offered by Hutchison.

It is limited to Max. 31 days and 24hr/day.  :

You may apply your own email account from HGC!

Nope what you need is just to connect your PC with the UTP to the broadband socket power on your PC. That is. (If you acquire the Email account from HGC - free of charge you will need to further configure your email client to check your email)
