RC 地產經紀佬Sale客手法

我剛剛租了層樓出去(唔係RC)，經紀話租客願意可即日起租(通常是簽約一星期後起租)，所以選了那個租客及經紀。

臨簽約果刻又唔係，根本租客冇話接受即日起租，(最後講到簽約後三日起租)，經紀為做成生意，咩手法都有。

咁我又覺得唔係好大問題 起碼個業主可以知道比經紀佬搵笨 :em11:

咁我現在自己都覺得道德上唔好，太供開了，寫左座數樓層同單位出黎。希望有関"單位"可以見諒啦。 千萬唔好叫啲有背景"單位"人仕做嘢，例如紅牌警告等等！

不過真的聽到那位"出位"經紀的一番說話..在業主面前就說什麽好有設計品味..離開門口就說三道四..個業主叫賣這個價錢，以為自已真是屋邨樓王呀...廿萬裝修頂級音響..吹大啲呀笨....
真想打佢老板..施永青。

比著你係經紀的話 你都會啦~
無良經紀係隱瞞或過份誇大 買家或賣家如果只聽經紀講而自己欠缺分析 賣平o左及買貴o左都只好怨自己呢~

Thank you P&R again.

We are really unhappy about the conduct of the agent.  Are you a RC owner or you are just a potential buyer?  Anyway we believe you are a justice person.  Do you think you can be our witness to point out the mis-conduct of the Agent (Mr. Chan)?  We definitely need to complain and need your full support!  Not only because of our benefit but also considering the benefit of other RC owners we do think it necessary to take action immediately.

Now my address had been widely spread amongst our circle as well as outsiders (which is unforgiveable) I am sure as a creator of this message I trust your wordings stated in the messages are in good faith so you should also know the consequences and the responsibilities that you need to bear now and in the future.

For other residents we think it is not appropriate for you to make any comments here.  If someone quoted your exact address and comment about your flat how would you feel? Please think about people feeling before writing any comments on nets.  Do remember what is RESPONSIBILITY.

We reserve our right to take whatever appropriate action.
