Depends on
1. Fresh air supply temperature
2. Facing direction
3. Wall fabric (surface paint wall paper wooden covering...)
4. how many people?
5. How much heat load (i.e. type and size of TV power of ceiling light computer and etc.)?

not bad

* cat 5 cable for ELV fast speed.

* copper pipe for fresh water

* red pipe with coupling for discharge water easy for maintenance in comparing traditional uPVC / cast iron. (but i can't found out the brand name SMU is better if Made in Chine then....No good...)

* Copper U-trap good for very expensive.

* D.I. pipe for flush water is much better than PVC pipe can work in high pressure.
