非也非也根據正常的計法(p-2.25%)是比(p-2.625)供多200元到(in my case)
賺的400元是由
1) 你所儲入去個筆錢xhigh interest rate(唔記得,好似p-2.25%)
2)   所減少的Mortgage Interest
所加而成.(好似咁)[/quote]

恆生o既mortgage link 同渣打o既 mortgage one 的concept 其實差不多.但恆生係唔需要每年比o個 $500 admin. fee.

但恆生 mortgage link o既儲蓄部份最多只可以去到 mortgage balance o既一半,儲多左個 d 都唔會俾番息你,而 渣打 mortgage one 好似無呢樣野,但渣打有個 $2000 o既開戶費!

我都計過,如果你現在一d本都冇,只靠每月儲一二千,而如果你又係頭十年賣層樓,你會蝕本,但如果供到最後,你會慳好多同短好多 :idea:

Mortgage One also have the limitation of saving balance (half of mortage amount). As I know the calculation method of mortgage interest in HS is different from SC. In HS the mortgage interest will not deduct the additional saving amount. It only provides high int. rate.
I only know this difference.

總括來講,如果你有同一筆儲蓄,MOne :em11: 係好過MLink就算佢有好多手續費 :em16: ,但係兩者都係要你一係手頭有一大筆錢 :em12: ,一係你每個月有d多餘錢 :em12: ,但又唔可以出來洗去 :em18: ,你亦唔好係頭十年內換樓 :em16: ,除非你一開始有一大筆,已經回本 :em04:

bear in mind that for the traditional mortgage you will borrow fewer money from bank.(In the case that if you place 100 thousands dollars in mortgage account that mean you borrow more from bank and pay more interest)
