Really it will be cheap to buy at 150K to 180K for a car park. Found 翠怡's latest car park deal is 280K.

cannot be...coz this car park is for number "9"....at least run 3 years...or u can choose another uncover car park at Tsing Yi South $800 / $1000 for private car....I also rent another carpark b4 for 2 years....
