Around Tsing Yi City is right now $4000.
I think if RC is 3200~3500 is more reasonable.
2600~2800 is relatively low.
In my opion the flat facing MayFair Garden was near $3000/ft therefore by the end of the year it will be around $3200 - $3500. Right now the average is around $2800. You can check with the agent that F is really "HOT" in the market.
