Agree. It will be very serious and dangerous if the dog is facing a kid. There are many children and kids in RC.
All parents want to provide a safe and comforable place to their children to live in. RC is 晤比養狗!
If somebody want to 養狗，he can select some 比養狗 apartments or 村屋 ，not RC!
It is not fair to some RC residents who brought RC for the reason: RC晤比養狗。

I totally agree with you. I declare I love to play with dog I have no children I do not have any pets at home as well.

Totally agree "J&". Everyone should adhere to the regulations. In fact almost all HK apartments are not allowed to have dogs & pets. If you decide to live there you should know you need to abandon your pets. Your neighbours has no burden to tolerate and face such danger.
