I living in New Kwai Fong Garden before. Facing the sea side high floor.
But I feel 船銨 in RC is more loud than New Kwai Fong.
I am live in Flat F in RC facing north I think the loudness problem is not serious than high floor facing south.

I think it is because RC is too close to the ship.
船銨 in RC is really a problem and I don't know if we can camplian since we are service apartment it supposed we always close the window when measure noise level. (According to some post in this web)
That's really not reasonable.

我都聽晤到有船響按聲 ?? 會晤會係日頭 ; 我返左工聽晤到 晚上又真係無聲音喎 !

It is not everyday I think it is time dependent but not always.
It you live RC everyday it is sure you have chance to here it.
Even at mid night or early morning.
