I think penalty is very importmant.
Penalty will affect only the guy not 自律.
The open park beside RC is not $3 per hour.
So cheap.
Why don't park there.
Hence penalty is very important.

On Sunday I think some cars are not 地產經紀. Maybe resident or his friends. The cars are so expensive. e.g. Porsche BenzBMW M3 RX-8 etc... Therefore we should 自律..

Actually there is no room to walk in the street because of 吊機. And if too many cars parking it is so dangerous..
