其實之前 都唔知投訴了無限咁多次 只不過管理人無重視 又無人有勇氣投訴警署(包括我) 前幾日 終於斷正俾CID放蛇 俾人話保安工作不合格.

所以如果藍澄灣有人投訴 任何問題立即OK!

我下個月會搬入RC住 :em09:
我住低層其實都好危險..所以我係晤會"阻事不理" :em16:

我會報警..再投訴比區議員叫佢幫RC居民...

楼下行人道窄
小朋友亦多
住客的安全是重耍的
所以汽車管理是必要做的.
重型車要特別批准才可入.

今日發現多一個幾危險既問題今日我朝早9點半多出門口係5樓平台見到有一張紙巾係天度飛飛下我即時醒起從前我都睇過一單高空擇物既事架啦
究竟管理署方面應否考慮好似小巴站咁係行人通道加設上蓋呢 莫非真的要有人出事佢地先做野....

I just hope we should park our car in the car park~~~~
Because our road outside RC is narrow!!!!
If we still park at there....
I cant think of what happen could be~~~~~~
So please be self-order first....
And about the ppl outside to sell.....I think we can tell them
"This is PRIVATE RAOD!!! NO CAR!!!"

Just take a example last evening I can see a Porsche Cayenne parking at Tower 5 more than 1hrs.. But no security take action...

RC resident or their friends are quite rich. I can always see expensive and new cars parking at RC e.g. Benz BMW and Porsche...

They are rich but that does not mean they will pay parking fees. Most people buy Cayenne because of the brand Porsche. A luxury status symbol.

However the car is German but the driver is Chinese. It does not match.  :mrgreen:
