As mentioned by other neighbour the problem is RC is a new development. Most of us buy it at a low price during SARS and after they get handover the flat from developer they feel a bit not match with their expectation then sell it... The supply is much greater than demand at the moment but I believe when the economic environment is getting better and the supply gradually "eat" by the market then the price of RC will up up and up.... Let's see when the Stone cutter bridge is ready RC is the first station from Tsing Yi to West Kowloon..... Woh... the price is great!!
When Stone-cutter bridge is ok it comes up with serious air & noise pollution by truckers. Cos one of the road exit is next to RC.
Hence terminal T-10 & T-12 will build.
