I try change the key 膽 last night also fail. Something is not understand.
Can you help to answering me.

Can you specify which screw I have to screw out I found screw at the panel inside home and also the side of the door. It is sure there is no screw outside home. I screw out the screw which inside home but the penal cannot be remove.
I am then screw out the screw at the side of the door first I screw 2 十字 screw out I can remove the penal siliver in color then I found another penal bass in color and found 2 十字 screw and 1 一字 screw. 2 十字 screw can easy screw out but the bass penal still cannot screw out. I found there is a spring is lock by a spring but I don't have tools to remove the spring. Is the 一字 screw is using for locking the key 膽. If I screw out the 一字 screw I can turn the key 膽 out by insert half key really needed more detail to try.

Sorry some typing mistake.

It should be
"I found the 一字 screw is locked by a spring but I don't have tools to remove the spring."
Instead of
"I found there is a spring is lock by a spring but I don't have tools to remove the spring"

Another thing is so far I cannot turn the key 膽 out by insert half key.
Should be locked by some mechanism.

1) 擰開門lock十字screws;
2) 攞開個cover;
3) put half key into the old lock;
4) 擰"so" 個一字screw;
5) 擰 old lock out ;

you can follow the steps before gei la .

You know I tried again tonight but still failed. May be it is the difference between man and woman.

Would you pls advise me that .. ...in which direction to screw when you   擰"so" 個一字screw clockwise or anti-clockwise?...

Then when you screw out the old lock should be clockwise or anti-clockwise?

I tried many times...but still cannot get it fixed  :em06:

Elly don't needed so many force and don't use too many force it may damage the lock.

The most important point is to "擰"so" 個一字screw" if the screw is not "so" enough the lock core can never turn. I guess you found alredy the 一字screw.

all screw turning direction just same as normal screw.  to 擰"so" 個一字screw anti-clock for about 5~6 turns if it still cannot turn the lock core up try turn the  一字screw 1~2 turn. I remenber I needed less than 10 turn to 擰"so" 個一字screw.

To screw out the old clock core anti-clockwise.
To screw in the new lock core clockwise.

If you still not sucess to night PM me I go to your home at around 10 O'clock PM. I just help one of my friend changing the lock core tonight.
