Yes i asked Hang Cheong what's going on and noticed them i would complain them and request for refund. But they said that it is my fault because I didn't alert them to deliver the funiture earlier. Actaully I didn't argue with them (never) becos I think it's useless so I just raise the complain to Consumer Council directly and hope Consumer Coucil could help me get back the deposit. And I won't trust Hang Cheong anymore so I am now seeking for another funiture company. Hope I could move in RC asap.
