Hang Cheong didn't call me or follow up my case for 2 months.
No any one item of funiture delivered so far. Then I called Ms. Ng of Hang Cheong again yesterday she said it is my fault because I didn't notice her to follow up so far her attitude was very very bad and then cut off my line suddenly SHIT ! How come she can put the responsibility to the customer?!
So I raised the complain to "Consumer Council" yesterday. Cousumer Council stated that they would follow my case and revert to me 3 wks later. I have also left a msg to the voicemail box of Ms. Lee (Cable TV) hope she could help us to get the money back!
