Re the floor defect in toielt and kitchen remember that they can change the brick for you.  To share my case to you...

They just 打腊 on the floor in kitchen and toilet and want to settle the defect then we call defect division ask them why打腊 ? 打腊 mean "don't change new brick ar"...then the guy said "will not change if the 師傅 thinks it is not necessary.  We then insist WE think if it is necessary not them! We comprise that we accept only to change the most obvious area...around 10pcs.  At the end they changed for us.

爭取!!  They are 則則膊 sometimes.

搵詹生驗完樓真係有數不盡既地方要執長江真係好不知所謂..  :evil: 執漏又唔知要等幾耐執漏完再裝修睇怕都有排先入得伙... 唉...
