用了一共2星期睇design & 1st revision. 因為我們在土瓜灣confirm 但落單sale 原來在北角店(後來才知). sale 想我們就佢到北角 但對我們來講,實太遠了. 簡直天南地北, 而且在九龍 confirm order ga ma....於是sale不斷postpone 睇 draft時間, 話行唔開,想快,就要去北角.
2. Low 透明度 in price setting
Order 前 佢地話之後有尺寸加減 會調整$. 度尺後 尺寸真的 少了 但佢地話無得減 then 我問佢比cost breakdown (by item) 佢地話公司policy cannot provide. 其實我計過 佢地pricing 比其他貴.
3. BAD SERVICE
第一次看draft Sales 提議用一種新料 (黑色glass) 做大部份傢俱的配件我問佢取料版 佢話沒有準備. Okay 我們叫佢下次finalise draft 時 再給我們ar.
到第二次看draft 我再問取料版ar. Sales 再話沒有bring 問我們like that Black Glass 定磨沙glass. 我話confirm 唔倒 bo if沒有版. Sales 開始發脾氣 shouting at us 仲怪我地唔去北角睇 "北角有成個櫃,你地又要係土瓜灣,我找過但公司俾唔到個版比我,我唔通自己界比你呀?” :em06: woo!! i feel scared why she like customer not us!? 我老公出聱(但保持有教養的態度,沒有大聱)"um大間傢具店,取版A要去shop A,取版B 要去shop B,唔係ma" Sales 話"呢間舖係無sample ga la 你要sample ma 你係呢度d實版揀!無其他ar!!!! (黑臉)" 我提議佢用digital cam影低ar,佢好晦氣um話 ”無 dig camera!" :em07: woo! again why sales can work like that!!! sales said "我已經就哂你地 ga lar 過lai土瓜灣 客唔係大哂ga!!!" woo!! how come it is so diff for asking for a sample?
我們話唔介意佢 pass the design to other staff to follow 假如到土瓜灣係um辛苦佢. She then not shouting become 眼紅紅, 想cry 話佢發緊燒見我地,唔可以繼續傾,跟住走開了. 我們亦離開.
成件事我地真的沒有大聲罵佢. 因為想開開心心um 快d完工入伙,但只為一件版, 就變成um.現在唔知點. 這事just happen last nite. 今天佢老闆打電話來say sorry. 但我實在唔accept d um ga service. 大多數要找第二間重新再開始傾,sigh $4300 deposit 唔知可唔可以取回 tim ya. :em06:
