有無人知48C個示範單位以多少成交?

o個日我去睇完T6，48H，搭lift走o個陣有兩個agents陪住一對中年夫婦，想sell佢o地買，其中一個望住個price list然後話裝修示範單位(48H)要賣2.2M喎.

唔知佢o地d料堅唔堅o架......

Yes ar....I went there last Sun and the agent told me it was 2.17 million....but does anyone know why Flat A with higher price gee??! I saw it from the list the agent was holding.....

should be the same but higher floor will be larger than lower floor because of thinner wall.
