其間得到個消息，就是管理費已包"綜合保險"，至於"綜合保險"保什麼? 詳情可問管理公司。(多口問o左律師，"綜合保險"中有包火險)大家可以省o的錢啦

LAWYER FIRM SAID WE CAN REPORT IN 6 MONTHS BASE ON THE CONTRACT

Lawyer said the developer want us to give them back the checking list asap so they say 3 days but it doesn't have legal power actually we may report it within 6 months
