I don't know how the B&M's operation is but all the things are initiated by me. I phoned the firm many times to see when should I sign the agreement. They told me to leave a message and wait...

   I waited and waited until the day before the deadline.I phoned the firm again and they finally called me in the evening. When I reached the firm on that day I waited for nearly 45 minutes to sign the agreement which last for 15 minutes... :x
