you may call an agent to buy one. If it is really 1.6M that cheap suggest to buy another one. It may rent around from 7.5k up talking about yield of 5.6%
My friend went to one agency asking about PI phase 2 for 3 bedrooms. When he told his target price under 3M they looked very supprised. As this price can only look for 2 rooms. at least $3500-3700!
And most funny was that they counter advise him RC which is still relative behind the market! There are no much new buildings so cheap and so convenient...
So brothers if you are going to sell your flat don't be afraid to ask for a good price. Your flat worths more than what you thought!
Remember in Feb-Mar before moving in the actual deal for 3 rooms is 2.4M-2.5M. But the recent deals from news said around 2.6M-2.8M. Heard that last 3 rooms from develop sale at 3.3M which is 3.4k!
Not even talk about the recent 2nd hand deal for BC flat at $3.9K! If you watch the CableTV 樓盤傳真 Tierra Verdi with north seaview (no fireworks) is already asking for $4.4M
Just read from today's Apple daily another B&C flat in tower 6 has been sold at 540M again. This transaction is completed by Midland and it is different from the transaction reported last week.
