but actually if the market price is increasing and someone can sell the flat at 二百萬 or above there's still not much to get from the increase as the overall market is blooming.

I think take the average of 1.5XM and 1.8XM will close to the real price. That's mean should be around 1.6XM for 683.

Anyway the turth is the price is rising up and keep going up. But please bare in mind it is unrealize.

683ft for $1.6M is possible all units are going up.
