唔係個個狗主都無責任心...almost private housing also 可養狗....

其實我怕狗 o架! 不過如果狗主照顧得好 沒有太大的狗吠聲 我都不會反對 最多乘電梯見到狗 我乘下一部....
如果整天都吠 我真是受不了

I also pay attention to this problem.  I have looked at the Brochure one of the items is indicated that RC cannot bring up any kinds of animals.  But I don't know whether it may be changed according to the needs of properties' owners in the future.   :roll:
