I have asked 和黃 staff and she reply that 收樓 date should be arround April to June. I think it is the meaningless answer lah. (that is something like "Your mother is a female! As it is already stated April in 售樓書 and June in the contract).  And she further said that the floor plan with dimension and the electrical layout would be available in Mid of March.  I have left my phone number to her and she will call me once it is available.  Share with u when I recieve from them.
