Because the booklet and buy/sell agreement stated the layout of the flat does not have a wall... CK will use this point as their stand.... They are legal...
But the 鮮風系統 is not 100% same as it stated CK use 鮮風系統 to pretent a syste m can provide noise reduction element. However from a reasonable man point of view such 鮮風系統 does not provide such function... Which it againest the agreement from legal point of view CK are not 100% wrong but I think we need to use councillor's effect to reflect such weakness of the 鮮風系統. Push Gov't not easily grant "入伙紙" to CK....
