Anyone who can lead us and represent us to negotiate with management  officer?
If we only start our endless discussion it is pointless !
I think that can all the dog owners in R.C can join together and discuss what we can do at this moment. ( i m so sorry that i cannot type chinese!)

我諗問題唔在於EMO，而係投訴人！ 一般EMO會與投訴人跟進投訴事項，如果投訴人同意close file，then EMO應唔會有行動，所以精結係有被投訴的狗主要直接與投訴你的鄰居商討，否則有投訴，EMO一定有做！

我會建議各狗主應同舟同濟，嘗試幫一下有問題的狗主，可能有些狗主不懂得教導狗隻和日常狗隻的生活習慣！

我o係買呢度之前起碼打五次去和黃總部問過職員養唔養得狗 佢話公契無寫明唔俾養狗，但如果有兩戶投訴先會收警告信，買完樓又話唔俾養咁即係玩我地姐

Hi I am a dogs owner aswell and when I bought RC the sales told us that we are allow to keep.... but apparrently there are some dog owner who does not behave in the right way i.e without a leash does not take responsibilities on the poo or whatever.  I think the people who see this should tell the dog owner directly and warn him face to face; if not then actions will be taken.  What I don't like is that our RC neighbours like to make something really small or does not apply to them and they would like to complain this complain that..... which is very annoying!!!   As some of the nieghbours mentioned if people cannot keep dogs then such as cats which make furballs fishtank which stinks and other animals will create problems aswell so none of us in RC is allow to keep pets???  People are saying someone is scare of dogs or so on; I think that is mainly the single one owner who should be responisble for keeping his dog on the leash and should not apply to all dog owners in RC.  So what happen for some people who scare of chidren?? because they also cry also scream being naughty.... and so on  do we keep the kids away and ban them in the neighbourhood aswell?????????  For people who always complaining about this or that please think about yourself if you do all the right things and also is your attention really act for the whole RC neighbours?? remember some pet owners and parents are neighbours aswell..... I think just keeping things simple would create a warm neighbour unless some people go too far!!
