finally i know what wrong my cake was as it's happened today when i made another cake......
it's because my fridge is not cool enough it couldn't cool the cake to hard...  :em18:
when i brought it to FD's home and put it into the fridge for just 45mins it's well enough for eating......
i may have to ask you guys to let me place my cake into your fridge next time......  :em14:
