轉唔轉工好呢

呢份係畢業之後第一份工
因為有前途所以選擇呢間公司
但行頭好窄 所以心大心細
想轉返 commercial 做...

The question is:
1) 因為有前途=>行頭好窄 or 行頭好窄=>所以有前途
Sometimes professionals are 行頭窄 entry barrier is high to ensure 有前途.
2) any risk? opportunity cost?
3) what is the main reason for leaving? Is env change such that  有前途 no more? or  有前途 is not important now? or just emotional?

學CJ話齋 行頭窄可能係因為專業呢!

我之前都o係一間好穩陣o既大機構度做o左差唔多4年 穩陣到講明唔炒人唔減薪同時亦都唔會點升人唔加薪 可能排凳仔會有機會7年升一次 然後直到退休都係做同一個位 上司只係大你幾年 大家都無得升. 我最終都係頂唔住 襯舊年好景d就轉o左工. 呢份工o係市道唔好o個幾年真係好有用 至少唔駛驚失業 而我有d結o左婚有小朋友o既同事就做得好開心 因為份工好有安全感.

之前諗住試遮 做住先 點知家轉又唔係 唔轉又唔係
跳槽係有人工加 但又未必有我呢間 firm 咁好 起碼人事上真係好好多

專業有專業好o架 不過就可能成日要讀書考試 的確係好辛苦o既
其實你o既考慮係轉唔轉
1. 公司 (i.e 可能由A telecom公司o既sales轉做B telecom公司o既sales) or
2. nature (i.e 可能由sales轉做admin) or
3. industry (i.e 可能由telecom sales轉做media sales)

另外 人事o既o野其實間間公司都有好有壞 埋唔埋到你身可能同利害關係或者當時o既職位有關.
