一個私人屋苑有無可能有咁多機密

本人昨日在另一私人網站 登出一段關於藍澄灣村巴的消息 但有關文章貼出後 有傳聞今天運輸署及業委會有關人士 來電質疑本人朋友. 本人要指出該段消息 大部份內容由本人分析而成 再經某議員辦事處證實 並非什麼機密資料. 當中只有地點一項 由朋友提供. 我只是和朋友閒談屋苑近況 因而得知有關地點.

本人極不同意討論屋苑事務 可以隨時涉及機密資料.

另外 之前有關管理預算的所謂機密資料 本人及律師查明藍澄灣業主有權閱讀 複印 及公開有關數據.

我們理據來自公契第10.18條:

10.18 Inspection of accounts

The Manager shall permit any Owner at any reasonable time to inspect the books or records of account and any income and expenditure accounts or balance sheet. The Manager shall upon payment of a reasonable copying charge supply any Owner with a copy of any record or document requested by him.

就以上事件 我會作以下行動:

1) 向香港物業管理公司協會投訴藍澄灣管理公司說謊 違反公契 及違反專業操守.

2) 由於本人並非受屈人 因此不能向申訴專員公署投訴 但我已經向李永達議員辦事處 投訴運輸署有關部門 偏袒小巴公司 忽略居民利益.

3) 要求招開業主大會重選業主委員會 及討論管理公司續約問題.

其實業委會開會o既時候..我唔係開o緊工就係去o左玩一次都未聽過佢地開會  所以我覺得我冇資格話佢地做得好唔好~

我認為業委會唔係代表管理公司 業委會唔等於管理公司. 我唔會將兩者混淆!!所以我相信業委會 而炒管理公司係我一直ge願望.......
