有關整tiramisu問題 [複製鏈接]

小弟星期六整左個tiramisu.
雪左一晚個餅都唔實最後只好放入冰箱.
個餅先雪得實.

問題係放雪櫃餅面d芝士唔實.
放冰箱海綿蛋榚入面d coffee又結冰.

本人用o既recipe如下(cheese部份only):
蛋黃二隻+~50g sugar.
蛋白二隻+ ~30g sugar.
cream 160g
mascapone 250g.

係因為冇落魚膠粉雪櫃唔夠冬.定係期他問題呢.
請高人指點指點. :em14:

ps:一個失敗作品絕對地打擊信心好彩rc有好多白老鼠幫手食.
下次再整一定會有改進o既.

ps2:呢篇唔係放吹水版請小心離題. :em12:

兩個post都離題...

ic 讚成(但沒有意見) thx 之類的文章其實在一般有管理機制的forum內都會被
視作為"空心文章" 一般都會砍文處理

個recipe係書度搵o既.冇話要魚膠粉我下次會試o下加.
但點為之mixed it too much呢.
係蛋打得太耐定mix o既時候攪得太耐.????

Mixed it too much<<我諗係打芝士時太耐。
不過我都認同BIKBARK應該係冇放魚膠粉，
但係據我所知係有兩種做法０家。
一個係硬身Ｄ，可以 Cut 開一件件，
另一種Creamy D 冇加魚膠粉.
視乎你想要咩口感 :mrgreen:
