我覺如果有很多業主參與互換鎖膽 is work 因為大部份鎖其實也只有數佰個Combination 如果你有齊所有Combination的匙 :em12: 理論上可以開到晒任何一把鎖! 所以如果有幾十至一佰個業主換的話就算你Copy咗條匙 :em12: 要搵返原來把鎖也十分困難風險是十分之低.

main problem is the hotel user quality... if the security is ok we don't need to add too much 'lock' on our flat

and one more point... what is the current pool size ne?
If the size is small you have to very trust to each other; or
some naughty boy/girl may keep a spare key to try all flats out la... (just kidding)
