聖誕前出左通告話會出問卷調查座與座之間遮蓋設施設計, 又話會有大堂電子告示板, 又話會有 bbq設施 ..... 全部都冇哂影... 有冇人監察緊進度架..... 業委會幾時開會呀, 真係好想提出問題呀 !

我覺得屋苑管理的最大問題是透明度低，又神秘！

冇plan咁可唔可以開始plan? 如果佢減價, 相信好多泊爛地o既居民都會返番rc泊, 收入應該會增加啦

BBQ will be started 2011/4/16. 2 sessions/day each in 3 hrs. $240 per session.
I find memo in L2.

i also read the memo in L1.

I just wonder how and who to determine what kinds of memo will be posted in the lift and what kinds of memo will be posted on L1 and L2 lift waiting area.

why the easter color competition poster will be posted in the lift and not the NEW bbq facility?

BBQ will be started 2011/4/16. 2 sessions/day each in 3 hrs. $240 per session.
I find memo in L2.
