Today I go to pay but forgot to build the letter so a mgt officer (lady) said we should bring up the letter because they dont know what is the amount. And she said the deadline is Jun 10 because they consider there will be somebody don't hv cheque on hand. But they can only accept cheque in this month. Next month they can accept PPS after Jun 10. So they allow us to pay in Jun 10 after they hv issue the code for PPS.

i just cut the autopay issue .
you need to inform the management office and then your bank to disable the transferring.
