試下重新boot 機見畫面後接F8到safe mode 一次後重新boot 機看是否回正常否則要重新裝window。

i suspend your PC fans hv problem
so that the CPU overhead and reboot ...

is it possibly caused by virus or trojan...
Any boot CD? maybe you can boot without loading local window and scan...
