Cash rebate from bank

Ha and Kui

We use Hang Seng and have just got the rebate.  It's about one month after draw down (just before first repayment).

Ha&Kui .... Does hang Seng Bank give u a special offer? Can u tell me your term and condition of the mortgage loan? e.g. 2.5% for 20 year 1% of purchasing price and 0.3% of bonus etc please reply to me .... Thanks

我都係用恆生呀，8月頭已經有rebate 直接入落mortgage 戶口
我係用 mortgage link ，全期P-2.3%，同時有一個相同息口o既saving，仲有0.6% rebate
