How about sole them all and divide the money back to each owner even the amount is small.... so that we don't have further burden on that...

哈哈... 都係brainstorm o者...... 只不過覺得如果有其他業主唔揸車 2年後d maintenance fee又食埋係管理費度唔知會唔會有其他業主唔贊成啦

死啦我真係好怕第時rc變左一個乜都冇乜都要自費設施陳舊但都唔想俾錢整維修保養既"私人公屋"呀....

我反而覺得d車會幾多人用分分鐘book唔到黎用呀! 成1500伙幾千人喎! 點解成日要諗住賣? d maintenance 好貴架咩? 我都唔想個屋苑乜都冇! 只要佢d 管理費用得恰當唔係成日要加咪得lor right?

車我覺得可以留喎 ~
因為唔會有壟斷問題 ~
車已經係我地既每個月俾車保每年俾驗車費維修 ok 喎!
只要 check 住管理公司唔好俾佢作大盤數已經得

大陸會所...唔係我地既用者自負無人用無人負 ok :em11:
