其實依家d炒家炒RC係唔係唔駛比15%印花稅架? 因為RC是商業用地.

一共減少印花稅係60%
rc簡直係炒家天堂, 唔入黎炒就笨啦

extra stamp duty is only applicable to residential properties

for RC, we double-checked with management office, the land grant document states our land use is hotel/commercial/retail(可能記錯, 但一定唔係residential)
