mouse and cat

I heard that cats in hong kong are not able to catch mouse now
I really go to the shops and found the cats seemed very lazy(not even willing to move) now

i got pretty serious mouse problem(not in RC)
how and where can i seek a cat to catch mouse?

the mouse walked for tours in my house
i even need to decompose my bed to catch
and i used 10 "mouse board" to completely block my room entrance
but the "mouse board" and mouse cage are both useless
the mouse walked away happily

i borrowed a huge cat(as large as dog) to my house to scare the mouse and i myself fleed to rc now
[no worry coz the cat served as security guard of a warehouse for many years and it likes looking after house alone]
